Jellyfish this beauty of the Arctic Ocean

Jellyfish this beauty of the Arctic Ocean

I encountered this apparition on the shores of the Arctic Ocean. Some species of jellyfish are called “immortal” because they can revert to an earlier stage in their development.

Two species of monster jellyfish have been causing trouble on the shores of the Arctic Ocean. This one is the second of them. It is an exceptional phenomenon, as the species in question have not previously thrived in the north. Jellyfish are generally photosensitive and therefore usually thrive at depths of 1-7km.
