My 2026 European tour made an unavoidable stop in Austria because I felt a compelling need to visit the resting places of three of history’s greatest composers: Ludwig van Beethoven, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (represented only by a memorial, as his exact burial place is unknown), and Franz Schubert.

These composers created countless masterpieces that continue to be performed around the world. It is truly astonishing to comprehend the depth of their musical genius.

I spent a quiet moment there in honour of their enduring legacy.
